Our search for suitable greenfield sites in the Netherlands takes us off the beaten track sometimes because market growth and expansions have made development land scarce. With an open mind, creativity and determination, we acquire plots in central locations, with good infrastructure, education facilities, skilled employees and a driven municipality.
When preparing functional designs for commercial buildings, we consider the interests of company owners and their employees and also respect the environment and the vision of the municipality in question. We consciously opt for high-quality aesthetic designs, because we enjoy creating beautiful buildings that blend in with the landscape, the surrounding area and local or regional history.

Our multichannel distribution centres are developed especially for national and international retailers and e-retailers that want to concentrate their logistics and e-fulfilment activities under the same roof. Besides large-scale logistics centres, we also let small-scale commercial premises to self-employed workers without employees and SMEs. We let these premises via renowned real estate agents.
